Brand Manager (M/F/D)

Responsibilities
- Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies: Crafting and executing marketing strategies for assigned brands.
- Sales Planning and Budgeting: Co-creating sales plans and marketing budgets.
- 360° Marketing Activities: Planning and conducting comprehensive marketing activities.
- Preparing Communication Materials: Creating communications and materials for doctors, pharmacists, and patients.
- Business Development Solutions: Implementing solutions to support business growth and sales efficiency.
- Collaboration: Working with the sales department, medical experts (KOLs), and external partners.
- Market Analysis: Analyzing the market, monitoring trends, and tracking competitors.
- Company Representation: Representing the company at conferences and industry events.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Brand Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Additional Advantage: Experience in gynecology.
- Education: Higher education degree.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and sales processes.
- Analytical skills, creativity, and goal orientation.
- English proficiency at least at B2 level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
