About the Position

King Group - a product company in the iGaming sector, operating in the markets of Ukraine and Tier 1. We develop brands in a dynamic and regulated environment, where the speed of decisions and the quality of marketing directly impact the product's market position. Our team focuses on creating strong brands and scaling them through comprehensive marketing approaches. We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who will take ownership of brand development in the Ukrainian market: from strategy formation to influencing key business metrics.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for brand strategy and product positioning in the Ukrainian market;
Formation of the long-term development vector of the brand considering regulatory restrictions;
Influence on key business metrics: brand awareness, share of voice, market share, effectiveness of brand campaigns;
Participation in decision-making regarding go-to-market, communication strategy, and product development;
Work at the intersection of marketing, product, and business.

Requirements

Marketing experience, 5+ years;
Experience working with production and creative studios/teams;
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies;
Knowledge of social media and experience in using them in advertising campaigns;
Experience in market, competitor, and customer analysis for developing effective marketing and product sales strategies;
Knowledge of the principles and methods of branding, marketing, and sales in the online environment;
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
