Job Description

You will work hand-in-hand with the Brands Ads team to support the team in executing operational tasks and setting up new processes for analysis and data cleaning goals.

The Journey

• Work hand in hand with the Ads team in defining and implementing a process of data cleaning and optimization
• Define the strategy, identifying opportunities of improvement and implementing them
• Provide insights and updates to the team, proactive support and help on best practices
• Be responsible for offering an amazing shopping experience by categorizing & sorting the assortment based on user needs

Mandatory documentation: DID (Dichiarazione di Immediata Disponibilità). Must be obtained at least 1 month before the start date, can be obtained by downloading it on MyAnpal if they have Government Digital Identity (SPID).

Responsibilities

• Support the Ads team in data analysis and process optimization
• Define and implement data cleaning and optimization processes
• Provide insights and updates to the team
• Categorize and sort the assortment based on user needs

Requirements

• Previous short experience (internship or temporary - 0-1 years) in analytical or commercial roles
• Strong analytical skills
• Organized and able to assist the team in internal projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth, and high-performance start-up
• Agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
• Owner mentality, bias for action, objective and deadline oriented
• Empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
• Fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus
