Responsibilities

Ensure reliable setup and teardown of stage designs and technical equipment, contributing significantly to smooth show operations
Handle maintenance, care, and upkeep of stage technology, ensuring everything is always ready for use
Collaborate closely with lighting, sound, stage, and production teams to bring extraordinary live experiences to the stage
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and actively contribute to the safe and professional execution of our performances
Participate in rehearsals, technical runs, and show changes, gaining exciting insights into the creation and implementation of our productions
Manage our rehearsals and performances in shift service, being part of the team that ensures magical theater moments every evening
With your technical expertise and dedication behind the scenes, you play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience an unforgettable show

Requirements

Completed vocational training and enthusiasm for applying your technical expertise in an exciting theater environment
With your strong technical understanding, craftsmanship, and solution-oriented approach, you easily master varied challenges
The world of live entertainment excites you, and ideally, you have already gained initial experience in theater, musical, event, or event management
You appreciate the dynamics of the performance schedule and are willing to contribute to the success of our productions on evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Team spirit is important to you: You work reliably, responsibly, and support your colleagues wherever necessary
Good English skills are advantageous and help you navigate confidently in our international environment
