About the Position

Ukraine Tower Company – Network is seeking a Building Inspector for Technical Inspections of Buildings and Structures to join our team. You will contribute to the scaling of our network facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting technical inspections of buildings and structures, constructions, and their elements in accordance with current legislation, building norms, and standards;
• Analyzing expert information. Using various forms and methods of expert evaluation of the technical condition and operational properties of buildings, structures, building materials, products, constructions, and technical, technological, natural, and other factors affecting them;
• Performing comprehensive verification of individual sections or parts of project and other documentation, checking the technical condition and operational properties of buildings and structures;
• Adhering to the deadlines for conducting inspections and preparing conclusions in accordance with current legislation;
• Providing expert conclusions, reports, and other supporting documentation of the established sample based on the results of the work performed;
• Making appropriate proposals for improving the forms and methods of conducting inspections;
• Ensuring the confidentiality of information contained in the documentation and in the expert opinion.

Requirements

• Possession of a qualification certificate for performing relevant work on construction objects of class of consequences (responsibility) СС1 (minor consequences);
• Full higher education in the relevant field of study (Master's, Specialist);
• Work experience as a building expert (specializing in Technical Inspection of Buildings and Structures) of at least 2 years;
• Qualification improvement in accordance with the legislation.

Work experience in the telecommunications sector is not mandatory! We train all new employees, and during the probationary period, everyone receives an experienced Mentor who helps them adapt and master all work processes.

Work Schedule
