About the Product

Casino Platform:

The SOFTSWISS Casino Platform is the core infrastructure operators rely on to launch, manage, and scale their online casino businesses.

You’ll contribute to mission-critical systems covering account management, game operations, responsible gaming, and regulatory compliance, in an environment where reliability, scalability, and business impact matter, working with people who build solutions operators depend on.

Purpose of the Role

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and business growth. By deeply understanding their operations, challenges, and goals, you will act as a trusted partner, developing strategic plans and delivering tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong long-term relationships with clients and key people on the client’s side
• Understand client business specifics and how it operates
• In collaboration with the team and client’s key people, identify the potential issues and problems the client’s business is facing to propose solutions to solve them
• Create the client’s development plan and strategy
• Be responsible for the general client satisfaction and growth in close collaboration with the casino platform team
• Resolve ongoing issues and problems
• Forecast and track key project metrics

Requirements

• English B2
• Russian B2
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry and how the major processes function
• 2+ years in account management and/or customer success management
• Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients
