Responsibilities

• Business Analysis and Process Optimization

  • Performing business analyses, including the creation of as-is and to-be process flows.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in data quality and process flows.
  • Analyzing and optimizing data exchange between Police, Federal Public Service Mobility, Public Prosecutor's Office, Courts, and other stakeholders.

• Project Support and IT Guidance

  • Drafting clear and detailed user stories with corresponding acceptance criteria.
  • Monitoring IT suppliers during functional analysis and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Reporting to the Project Manager on risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, or other obstacles.
  • Ensuring meticulous and accessible documentation on collaboration tools.

• Stakeholder Management and Standardization of Procedures

  • Supporting the Public Prosecutor's Office (OM) in establishing a uniform approach to recidivism in traffic offenses.
  • Facilitating working groups and consultation sessions with various stakeholders (Public Prosecutor's Office, Courts, Federal Public Service Mobility, Police).
  • Coordinating business analysis for the central recidivism database for traffic offenses.

• User Support and Knowledge Sharing

  • Creating clear user manuals for end-users of the applications.
  • Developing and supporting training sessions on the use of new or modified functionalities.

• Experience with government projects is a plus
• Good understanding of English + fluent French or Dutch speaking and good comprehension of French or Dutch respectively
• Affinity with traffic and justice context is an asset

The program implements digitalization projects that contribute to better enforcement of fines and reducing the administrative workload within the Justice system, the police, and other partners in the criminal justice chain.
