About the Position
We are seeking a Business Analist Data Governance to modernize our data domain and phase out an old Datawarehouse for the Transition project. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for:
- Conducting discussions with stakeholders and end-users.
- Transforming needs and ideas (WHAT) into user stories (HOW) and preparing them for refinement to meet the Definition of Ready.
- Collaborating closely with the Product Owner to manage the content of the backlog, identifying both minor and major tasks.
- Supporting Engineers during the development phase by refining requirements.
- Analyzing and testing the delivered model (HOW) to ensure it provides the intended value (WHAT), and proposing improvements where necessary.
- Ensuring that dashboards are widely accepted by stakeholders and integrated into their daily routines.
- Providing dashboards with clear documentation and usage instructions.
- Promoting the solution for maximum visibility and appreciation within the organization.
- Proactively understanding stakeholders' goals and encouraging the intake of new tasks, promoting innovative and data-driven activities.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Businessanalyse: Experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
- Managed reporting: Familiarity with how Power BI works and supporting its adoption.
- Domeinkennis: In-depth knowledge of operations in a banking environment.
- Agile/Scrum: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment combined with Azure DevOps and supporting the Product Owner.
- SQL en analyse: Proficient in using SQL for performing analyses. Databricks Certified Data Analyst Associate is a plus.
