Responsibilities

As a Business Analist, you will play a crucial role in multidisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating client needs and expectations into concrete solutions
• Analyzing and evaluating processes
• Identifying potential improvements
• Providing advice based on your analyses

You will have the opportunity to work on challenging assignments with leading companies across various industries and will be given ample space to develop your skills.

Requirements

• A proven track record as a (Senior) Business Analist with at least 3 years of experience in complex Business/IT environments (e.g., Finance, Government, Utilities, or Logistics)
• Strong analytical skills combined with an understanding of human behavior
• Experience with Agile methodologies and an affinity for the impact of technology and AI on business models

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Dutch (required) and English (desired)

We Offer

• A fixed contract and a gross monthly salary between €3500 and €6000 based on a full-time employment (40 hours per week)
• Equal pay for equal work; your salary will be determined based on objective criteria such as experience, knowledge, competencies, and responsibilities
• Holiday allowance of 8%
• A profit-sharing scheme with a target payout of 8% of the gross (part-time) annual salary, subject to company results
