About the Position
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering and documenting client requirements, designing workflows and supporting the development team in delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document client requirements through document analysis and online workshops
- Design and update workflows using BPMN and UML state transition diagrams
- Author and update project artifacts including FDDs, ADO, User Stories, and Epics
- Design and update data models for various APIs
- Support the development team by facilitating planned and ad hoc Q&A sessions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML for workflow design and process optimization
- Expertise in authoring artifacts such as FDDs, ADO, User Stories, and Epics
- Proficiency in designing and updating data models for APIs
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for requirement gathering through workshops and document analysis
- Fluent communication skills in English at a B2 level or higher
Nice to Have
- Background in supporting development teams in agile environments
- Showcase of experience conducting ad hoc Q&A meetings
- Understanding of state transition diagram creation and design
