Working in a multicultural team across Curaçao, the Netherlands, Colombia, and Bonaire, you help translate complex policies and business needs into practical digital solutions that improve public services and have a direct impact on society.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client requests and translate them into clear requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams in backlog refinement and solution design
- Map and improve business processes (BPMN), ensuring alignment with legislation and systems
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to clarify needs and validate solutions
- Maintain structured documentation in Jira and Confluence throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
Must-have:
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience with BPMN or process modeling
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and stakeholder collaboration in a development environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Fiscal studies, or another analytical field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Experience in GovTech, public sector, or B2B tech environments
- Affinity with AI tools for analysis and research

We Offer
- A competitive gross monthly salary between XCG 6.000,- and XCG 8.000,-, depending on experience (based on full-time employment on Curaçao)
- 23 vacation days, with the option to buy or sell 8 additional days each year
- 8.33% vacation pay
- A gross variable compensation equivalent to an extra month’s salary per year (paid monthly)
- A gross fixed expense allowance of XCG 500,- per month
