About the Position
Luxoft, a renowned company specializing in consulting and implementation of complex projects in the financial industry, is seeking a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain to join our team in Noida, India. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for lending and banking applications.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for lending and banking applications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, business processes, and system enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Support UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities.
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend operational improvements.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and banking standards.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
- MBA from a recognized institute.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
- Strong experience in Loan Origination, Loan Servicing, Lending Operations, Credit Risk, and Retail/Commercial Banking processes.
- Hands-on experience working with leading banks or similar global banking institutions.
- Expertise in gathering business requirements, preparing BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end loan lifecycle, underwriting, credit assessment, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, testing teams, and senior management.
- Proficient in data analysis, gap analysis, impact assessment, and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
