About the Position
Business Analyst
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Product Management team in Brussels, focusing on digital solutions for insurance products.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the day-to-day follow-up of your projects and manage them proactively, keeping timelines and budgets under control.
- You analyze business needs, define the best solutions, and translate them into business requirements that serve as a basis for IT development.
- You ensure proper testing and follow-up of your projects and guarantee their quality.
- You communicate clearly and constructively with various stakeholders and management.
- You facilitate collaboration and act as the key interface between IT teams, other business units (Product Management, Operations, Legal, etc.), and external partners.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst related to insurance products, or relevant experience within an insurance company or brokerage.
- Knowledge of non-life insurance products in the business segment is a strong plus.
- Critical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to connect different concepts easily.
- Organized and able to work autonomously and in a structured way.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptable and quickly understand new topics.
- Comfortable in a technical environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and have a good working knowledge of French and English.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
