About the Position

Business Analyst - Salesforce Implementation

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to join their team in London. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development, optimization, and enhancement of their new Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and projects.
• Translate Business Needs: Convert business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements through Salesforce automation.
• Support Configuration and Testing: Assist with Salesforce configuration changes, releases, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Documentation and Support: Produce and maintain business requirements, process maps, workflows, and solution documentation. Support user engagement and change management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including CRM processes, workflows, reporting, and data structures.
• Experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
• Experience with system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.

• Competitive salary: £62,000 - £63,000 per year.
