About the Position
Business Analyst - Salesforce Implementation
Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to join their team in London. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development, optimization, and enhancement of their new Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and projects.
- Translate Business Needs: Convert business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements through Salesforce automation.
- Support Configuration and Testing: Assist with Salesforce configuration changes, releases, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Documentation and Support: Produce and maintain business requirements, process maps, workflows, and solution documentation. Support user engagement and change management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including CRM processes, workflows, reporting, and data structures.
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
- Experience with system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.

- Competitive salary: £62,000 - £63,000 per year.
