Business Analyst

About the Position

Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to play a key role in the ongoing development, optimisation, and enhancement of their new Salesforce platform. Working as part of a Digital and Technology team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, improve processes, and deliver solutions that maximise the value of Salesforce.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology to drive digital transformation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and projects.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
• Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through Salesforce automation and optimisation.
• Support Salesforce configuration changes, releases, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Produce and maintain business requirements, process maps, workflows, and solution documentation.
• Support user engagement, change management, and adoption of new Salesforce functionality.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data quality improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including CRM processes, workflows, reporting, and data structures.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and prioritising business requirements.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
• Experience supporting system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools would be advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or other Salesforce certifications.
• BCS or IIBA Business Analysis certification.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

We Offer

• Competitive salary: £62,000 - £63,000 per year.
• Hybrid working: 2 days per week in London.
