About the Position
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to join our Digital and Technology team in London. Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to play a key role in the ongoing development, optimisation, and enhancement of their new Salesforce platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology to drive digital transformation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and projects.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
- Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through Salesforce automation and optimisation.
- Support Salesforce configuration changes, releases, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Produce and maintain business requirements, process maps, workflows, and solution documentation.
- Support user engagement, change management, and adoption of new Salesforce functionality.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data quality improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including CRM processes, workflows, reporting, and data structures.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and prioritising business requirements.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practice and platform capabilities.
- Experience supporting system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools would be advantageous.
We Offer
- Competitive salary: £62,000 - £63,000 per year
- Location: London
- Work arrangement: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
