About the Position
Business Analyst - Salesforce Implementation
Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to join their team in London. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive salary of £62,000 - £63,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and projects.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
- Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through Salesforce automation and optimization.
- Support Salesforce configuration changes, releases, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Produce and maintain business requirements, process maps, workflows, and solution documentation.
- Support user engagement, change management, and adoption of new Salesforce functionality.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data quality improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including CRM processes, workflows, reporting, and data structures.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
- Experience supporting system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools would be advantageous.
