Business Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to join our team in London for a hybrid role. Our client is looking for an individual to play a key role in the ongoing development, optimization, and enhancement of their new Salesforce platform. Working as part of a Digital and Technology team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, improve processes, and deliver solutions that maximize the value of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and projects.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
• Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through Salesforce automation and optimization.
• Support Salesforce configuration changes, releases, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Produce and maintain business requirements, process maps, workflows, and solution documentation.
• Support user engagement, change management, and adoption of new Salesforce functionality.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data quality improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including CRM processes, workflows, reporting, and data structures.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
• Experience supporting system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools would be advantageous.
