About the Position

Business Analyst - Salesforce Implementation

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Digital and Technology team in London. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and a passion for driving digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and projects.
• Translate Business Needs: Convert business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through Salesforce automation and optimization.
• Support Configuration and Testing: Assist with Salesforce configuration changes, releases, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Documentation and Support: Produce and maintain business requirements, process maps, workflows, and solution documentation. Support user engagement, change management, and adoption of new Salesforce functionality.
• Reporting and Data Quality: Contribute to the ongoing development of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data quality improvements.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: At least 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects.
• Salesforce Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including CRM processes, workflows, reporting, and data structures.
• Requirements Gathering: Experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
• Best Practices: Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
• Testing and UAT: Experience supporting system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Tools Proficiency: Experience with Excel, reporting, and data analysis. Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is advantageous.

• Competitive Salary: £62,000 - £63,000 per year.
