About the Position
Business Analyst - Salesforce Implementation
Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to join their team in London. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days per week in the office. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development, optimization, and enhancement of their new Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead Requirement Gathering: Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and projects.
- Translate Business Needs: Convert business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through Salesforce automation and optimization.
- Support Configuration Changes: Assist with Salesforce configuration changes, releases, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Documentation: Produce and maintain business requirements, process maps, workflows, and solution documentation.
- User Engagement: Support user engagement, change management, and adoption of new Salesforce functionality.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Contribute to the ongoing development of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data quality improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including CRM processes, workflows, reporting, and data structures.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
- Experience supporting system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is advantageous.

- Competitive salary ranging from £62,000 to £63,000 per year.
