Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, consulting stakeholders on opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain documentation in accordance with standards and requirements.
- Review and approve user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists.
- Present user stories to the team, clarify points, and update them based on discussions.
- Monitor and analyze project implementation, delivery, and operation with feedback for improvements.
- Provide information and consulting about products’ features, relations, and interactions to any stakeholder on demand.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the iGaming or payments industry.
- Experience working with Atlassian stack tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to present information clearly, logically, and consistently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and solutions.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering (user stories, use cases), process mapping (UML, BPMN), and documentation (requirements specifications, user manuals, maintenance guides).
- Understanding of documentation standards.
- English proficiency (B2+).
Nice to Have
- Experience with payment method integrations and understanding of the payment process.
- Understanding REST API, JSON.
