About the Position
Business Analyst
Location: Hong Kong
Salary: HK$35,000 to HK$45,000 HKD
Employment Type: Permanent
Our client is a well-established multinational organization (In-house role) undergoing an exciting ERP transformation across its global operations. They are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O IT Business Analyst (Supply Chain / Warehouse module) to play a key role in optimizing supply chain and warehouse processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities
- Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document Supply Chain and Warehouse Management requirements.
- Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management modules.
- Lead workshops to identify business needs and recommend process improvements.
- Analyze current business processes and propose best-practice D365 F&O solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
- Support system implementation activities, including data migration, SIT, UAT, training, and go-live.
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
- Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst or Functional Consultant experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Strong functional knowledge in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Warehouse Management (WMS)
- Inventory Management
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Sales Order Management
- Experience participating in full-cycle ERP implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong business process analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting UAT, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Advanced Warehouse Management.
- Knowledge of Master Planning or Production Control.
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or SQL.
- Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications will be an advantage.
