About the Position

Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Agile environments to join our innovative FinTech company. Hybrid or remote work options available.

Our Expectations

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment or similar role;
• English proficiency level: Intermediate (B1);
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC);
• Knowledge of data exchange principles between information systems and basic SQL knowledge;
• Skills in analyzing, modeling, and describing business processes (knowledge of BPMN notation);
• Experience in identifying, documenting, and formalizing business requirements and transforming them into technical specifications;
• Ability to prepare and maintain business requirements, technical specifications, user stories, and use cases;
• Experience in conducting acceptance testing of functionality and participating in the verification of requirements;
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with JIRA, Confluence, and visualization and collaboration tools (Figma, Miro, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for the development and improvement of savings (deposits, savings, and income accounts) and investment products based on OVDPS, military, and corporate bonds;
• Analyzing existing business processes related to products and preparing proposals for their optimization;
• Modeling business processes using BPMN and UML notations;
• Transforming business requirements into technical requirements and setting tasks for development teams;
• Preparing technical documentation, describing product algorithms, and maintaining its relevance;
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, UX/UI designers, and development teams to determine priorities and implement functionality;
• Supporting the product at all stages of the life cycle: from requirement gathering to implementation and development;
• Participating in the design and support of product integrations with internal and external information systems;
• Initiating and developing proposals for the development and optimization of products and business processes.
