Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis & Documentation

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for the development team
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
• Develop process flow diagrams, data models, and system interface specifications

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and project management
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather requirements
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and project sponsors
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Solution Design & Validation

• Collaborate with technical architects and developers to design optimal solutions
• Evaluate proposed solutions against business requirements and organizational constraints
• Participate in system design reviews and provide business perspective
• Define acceptance criteria and validation approaches for deliverables

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements
• Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
• Document and track defects through resolution
