About the Position

Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru, India. You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements for a management system designed for the banking industry. This role involves working with a highly experienced and competent development team located across the globe.

Responsibilities

Requirements Elicitation: Gather and analyze business requirements.
Documentation: Document business processes and maintain requirements in BRD/FRD/Use Case/System Specification.
Communication: Communicate requirements to stakeholders and validate solutions.
Prioritization: Prioritize User Stories during Product backlog refinement and prepare acceptance criteria.
Knowledge: Have good knowledge of Accounting and Reporting in the desired domain operations of a bank.
Communication Skills: Excellent in written and verbal communication.

Requirements

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial domain, preferably in Banking/Cards/Mortgage.
Knowledge:
- Financial domain (Banking / Cards / Mortgage)
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Testing Tools & Techniques
- Defect tracking
- Test case management tools

Nice to Have

Automation Testing
Database or SQL
Cross-Browser Testing Skills
Basic Programming Knowledge
General Operating Systems Knowledge
