About the Position

Responsibilities

Attend meetings with the customer to collect application requirements or functionality changes;
Write application requirement details and the needed tests to confirm the criterias for acceptance;
Attend meetings with the project team to evaluate solutions or challenges for the functionality requirements or changes;
Negotiate requirement adjustments with the customer, when impacts are identified with other requests or functionalities;
Negotiate with the customer functionality delivery dates;
Execute application testing and acceptance criteria compliance;
Present/Demonstrate application functionalities to the customer;
Collect demo feedback and restart the application evolution process.

Requirements

Mandatory:

At least 2 years of experience in work environment with direct communication with the client;
At least 2 years of experience with multidisciplinary teams;
Work experience in negotiation with teams and clients;
Establish effective communication, in English and Portuguese;
Work experience with documental writing in work environment;
Interest in web portals, applications, or mobile applications;
Analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills;

Preferable:

Higher education degree;
Work experience or certifications in project management methodologies will be valued (Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking);
Work experience with IT related projects;
Work experience with tasks with deadlines well defined;
Participation in the definition of the processes of own working tasks;
