About the Position

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in a meaningful project in CDMX. You'll work closely with our client's stakeholders on-site, helping shape and deliver software that makes a real difference. If you thrive in collaborative, client-facing environments and take pride in getting requirements right, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Software business analysis and requirements management across all requirement types (business, user, functional, and non-functional), including business process and workflow modeling
  • Lead requirements elicitation sessions - on-site at the client's office in CDMX - through interviews, workshops, and observation, ensuring complete and traceable documentation
  • Manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle, including change requests and traceability matrices
  • Develop UI prototypes and mockups to validate requirements and support design decisions
  • Manage communication and alignment between the customer's stakeholders and a remote development team based in Europe
  • Lead software demonstrations and guide client acceptance testing

Requirements

  • Based in CDMX; you'll be working regularly on-site at the client's office
  • B2 English proficiency or higher - written and verbal; proven ability to produce clear documentation and lead stakeholder communication in English
  • 5+ years of experience in software business analysis, with a demonstrable track record of eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements across complex projects
  • Proven experience conducting on-site Discovery phases directly with client stakeholders, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and communication framework development
  • Strong experience in requirements development, management, and traceability
  • Demonstrated ability to define, manage, and protect project scope throughout the project lifecycle
  • Comfortable collaborating with a remote, cross-cultural development team; some overlap with European time zones will be part of the workflow
  • Proficient in UI prototyping and mockup tools
  • Insurance domain knowledge is a plus

We Offer

  • Projects for such clients as PayPal, Wargaming, Xerox, Philips, Adidas, and Toyota
  • Competitive compensation that depends on your qualification and skills
  • Career development system with clear skill qualifications
  • Flexible working hours aligned to your schedule
  • Compensation for medical expenses
  • English courses online
  • Corporate parties and events for employees and their children
  • Internal conferences, workshops, and meetups for learning and experience sharing
  • Gym membership compensation
  • 5 days of paid sick leave per year with no obligation to submit a sick-leave certificate
