Business Analyst

About the Position

We are looking for a Business Analyst for a large American HRM System. The project is currently only at the initial stage of documentation, so there is a lot of interesting work ahead.

Responsibilities

• Receiving functional requirements from the customer
• Understanding and analysis of the customer's business goals
• Creation/maintenance of technical documentation
• Work with analysis tools: schemes, diagrams, models, prototypes
• Collaborating with developers and other team members to create a technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
• Analysis of problem areas and suggestions for improvement
• Maintenance of project documentation in an up-to-date state

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT
• Experience in conducting analysis to identify problem areas and preparing proposals for their improvement
• Requirements management (processing of change requests, analysis, and description of the impact on existing requirements)
• Experience in modeling processes using BPMN, IDEF, or similar methods
• Ability to write specifications, use cases, and user stories, prepare TOR
• Understanding of Agile methodology and experience with SCRUM
• English C1
