Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects with a strong accounting focus.
• Implement Odoo for SMEs, ensuring best practices in accounting and payroll configuration.
• Test and validate solutions developed by technical teams.
• Monitor market trends and legal/regulatory changes.
• Organize and deliver internal training sessions for the PL team.
• Contribute to the evolution of Australian accounting and payroll localization in Odoo.
• Participate in and organize accounting-focused business events, roadshows, and industry exhibitions.

Requirements

Must have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in or closely with an accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of accounting and payroll processes.
• Ability to manage projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Quick & autonomous learner.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Interest in accounting software, ERP systems, and digital transformation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP or accounting software implementation.
• Exposure to Australian accounting and payroll compliance.
• Background in training, enablement, or client-facing consulting roles.
