We are seeking a Business Analyst AI & LLM with a strong background in modelling, interface analysis, and interface definition to join our team in Vienna, Austria.

Responsibilities

• Requirements engineering and technical analysis in a complex IT and banking environment
• Creation of analysis artefacts, functional specifications, and technical documentation
• Writing clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria
• Definition and review of REST/JSON APIs and interfaces
• Backend and interface analysis using Chrome DevTools
• Support for UI and solution design activities
• Facilitation of workshops, refinements, and cross-team alignment sessions
• Ensuring stakeholder alignment and documenting decisions
• Contribution to behaviour-driven and test-driven development artefacts
• Supporting development, testing, and design teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Versioning and ongoing maintenance of analysis documents
• Identification and communication of risks, dependencies, and decisions
• Support in AI/LLM-related topics such as MCP, orchestration patterns, and agent-based architectures

Requirements

• Strong background in modelling, interface analysis, and interface definition
• Solid understanding of HTTP, REST, JSON, and modern API design principles
• Confident use of Chrome DevTools for interface and payload analysis
• Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile delivery models
• Familiarity with version control and collaborative documentation tools
• Ability to analyse complex systems in a clear, structured, solution-oriented manner

Nice to Have

• Experience with BDD/TDD
• Experience in UI or solution design support
• Knowledge of AI/LLM technologies, including MCP and multi-agent orchestration
