Business Analyst & Scrum Master Senior

About the Position

SCALIAN, one of the top 10 Engineering Consulting Firms in France, is looking for a Business Analyst & Scrum Master Senior to join our Domaine Projet (Offre MaBanque / MBQ) team. This role will focus on functional framing, agile delivery management, test strategy, and data documentation.

Responsibilities

• Cadrage & Spécifications: Refinement and documentation of personal project creation and management, writing User Stories and functional specification documents if necessary.
• Qualité, Test & Data: Definition of the test strategy, feeding and maintaining the automated tests repository, defining/documenting integration tests in Jira/Xray with their datasets, performing the acceptance of the squad's deliverables, and documenting the Data Nectarine repository.
• Pilotage & Delivery Agile: Ensuring the smooth operation of the delivery and the speed of delivering changes (respecting commitments), ensuring the holding of agile ceremonies, leading and federating the team around sprint tracking, and participating in the preparation/animation of PI Planning.
• Amélioration Continue & Performance: Leveraging product performance measures (TTM, quality, user satisfaction, security, UX) and team performance (predictability, velocity) to continuously build and adapt the roadmap, and facilitating the identification of obstacles to help the squad resolve them through agile practices.

Requirements

• Core Skills (Must-have):

  • Expertise in agile methodology and product delivery.
  • Proven double competency in Business Analysis and quality/testing management.
  • Mastery of agile methodologies and Scrum Mastering.
  • Writing User Stories and specifications.
  • Defining test strategy and automation.
  • Proficiency in Jira/Xray.
  • Skills in Business Analysis/Data (Data Nectarine repository).

• Secondary Skills (Nice-to-have):

  • Experience with PI Planning (SAFe).
  • Mastery of product and agile performance indicators (velocity, TTM).

• Soft Skills:

  • Leadership.
  • Excellent animation and communication skills.
  • Sense of anticipation.
  • Autonomy and initiative.
