Business Analyst Assurance H/F

About the Position

We are looking for a Business Analyst Assurance H/F to join our team in Lyon. You will be working closely with the Project Director, business teams, and development teams to implement and evolve the CLEVA software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and customer management processes;
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and formalize functional specifications;
• Configure the CLEVA software (products, guarantees, scales, management rules, workflows, UI, reports...) according to expressed needs;
• Participate in the integration of the solution within the client's information system and ensure its interoperability with third-party applications;
• Prepare, execute, and support functional testing phases (UAT), analyze anomalies, and follow up on their resolution;
• Support development teams during implementation phases and validate functional changes;
• Be the primary contact for Project, R&D, Support, and client teams on functional topics;
• Assist users in managing change and deploying the solution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's to Master's degree in computer science, MIAGE, information systems, or equivalent;
• Significant experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, ideally in the insurance sector (Health, Life, or P&C);
• Experience in software package integration projects is highly appreciated;
• Proficiency in:
  • Collecting and analyzing business needs;
  • Writing functional specifications;
  • Configuring business software;
  • Functional testing phases and anomaly tracking;
  • SQL environments and data exchanges (XML, API, Web Services);
• Familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) and collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Teams.
