As part of a Sopra Steria team for one of our major banking accounts, you will participate in a large-scale digital transformation project.

Responsibilities

In the context of strengthening our AMOA teams on major transformation programs in the Insurance sector, we are looking for a confirmed Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Insurance, regardless of the scope (P&C, Life, Health, Previsión, Claims, Distribution).

You will work on digital transformation programs integrating innovation and process industrialization issues, particularly around automation and artificial intelligence.

Analysis & Collection:

Facilitate business workshops (underwriting, management, claims, products, compliance).
Gather, challenge, and prioritize needs.
Write functional specifications (SFD), User Stories, and business rules.
Identify and qualify opportunities for improvement or automation of business processes.
Contribute to the framing of innovative use cases (automation, AI, digitalization of processes).

Modeling & Design:

Model processes in BPMN / UML.
Define user journeys (front, underwriting, back-office).

AMOA Management:

Develop testing strategies and data sets.
Coordinate UAT / validation / anomaly tracking.
Contribute to project committees and reporting.
Challenge business needs by integrating the new capabilities offered by technologies (AI, digital tools, automation).

Change Management:

Update documentation.
Participate in user training.
Provide post-deployment support.

Qualifications

Your profile:

Profile sought:

Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst / AMOA.
Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent.
Ability to dialogue with business and technical teams.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and pedagogical skills.
Adaptability: ability to join a varied IT context (legacy + modernization).

Required skills:

Needs gathering and expression.
SFD US writing.
UML.
Testing strategy.
Workshop facilitation.
Agile Scrum Kanban or V-Cycle depending on the project.
Aptitude for innovation topics (automation, artificial intelligence) and ability to integrate them into business needs analysis.
