About the Position

Your days will be spent delving into the intricate details of banking processes, dissecting data to uncover insights, and designing solutions that seamlessly blend technology with customer-centricity. But this role isn't just about numbers and processes – it's about people. You'll forge partnerships across departments, from marketing to IT, collaborating to create experiences that redefine what it means to be a bank.

Your Daily Work

• Develop full stack web apps
• Build solutions that drive business and are impactful
• Explore new technologies and figure out how to use them best
• Attend extra training classes for coding
• Lead multiple projects with many moving gears
• Come up with creative solutions to modern problems
• Set high standards for your team and yourself
• Organize company-hackathons for challenging problems

Time Allocation:

• 30% Requirements Gathering and Analysis
• 25% Data Analysis and Insights
• 20% Solution Design and Documentation
• 25% Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Banking business analysis or as a bank employee (supporting different lines of businesses in the front or back office)
• Good understanding of the underlying technology principles used by banking systems
• Ability to present a solution to a customer, team, or management
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to represent business processes and natural interaction flows of an organization
• Ability to break down business requirements into functional specification for development teams
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Working experience in projects which used Scrum, Kanban, or Agile approach
• Familiar with the Camunda BPMN engine
• Experience working on multi-cultural, diverse, and distributed team across different time zones
• Awareness of a full software development lifecycle from design to support
• Project experience (as a business analyst, functional consultant, or key business expert from a bank in a software implementation project)
• Experience with SAP Banking

Your First Three Months

• First Month: During the initial month, you'll dive into the banking landscape, immersing yourself in the organization's processes and culture. You'll engage in requirement gathering sessions, mapping out existing workflows, and beginning to identify areas for improvement. This period will also involve familiarizing yourself with relevant tools and data sources.
• Second Month: Moving into the second month, you'll start transforming insights into action. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll analyze data to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges. You'll begin crafting comprehensive business requirement documents, outlining the scope and objectives of upcoming projects.
• Third Month: By the third month, you'll take a hands-on role in solution design. You'll work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements and objectives into the technical solutions in order to achieve the project goals. This period will involve creating detailed process flows, user stories, and mock-ups to illustrate the envisioned solutions. Additionally, you'll enhance your stakeholder communication skills, presenting your findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
