About the Position
We are seeking a Business Analyst / BSS to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. This role involves working closely with customers to define requirements for enterprise-grade IT systems, documenting requirements and solution design, and supporting development, testing, and acceptance activities for IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Working with customers to define requirements for enterprise-grade IT systems
- Documenting requirements and solution design
- Supporting development, testing, and acceptance activities for IT projects
- Leading a team of analysts working on an implementation project
- Working with the internal team on developing new entries in the product portfolio
- Working with customers on capture and resolution of issues arising in currently deployed solutions
Requirements
- Analytical thinking
- Good communication skills
- Prior experience in a Business Analyst/System Analyst position (2+ years)
- Prior experience in writing design documentation
- Spoken and written English – upper-intermediate and above
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Java and relational databases
- Prior experience in working with international customers
Compensation Package
