Responsibilities

8+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation engagements
Experience working on change delivery programs within banking or financial services
Ability to identify, document, and manage change requirements across the delivery lifecycle
Strong understanding of the end-to-end change lifecycle, from initiation through implementation
Good understanding of the financial services industry, preferably in SME or business banking contexts
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and influence stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and engagement
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and practical approach to delivery
Previous experience in commercial banking is preferred
