About the Position
Business Analyst / Business Engineer
We are seeking a Business Analyst / Business Engineer with several years of experience for a long-term remote or hybrid role with Devire, working between Germany and Zielona Góra.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the business (Germany) and the IT team (PO, developers, DevOps in Zielona Góra), ensuring clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Identify the real needs and expectations of end-users.
- Provide business consultancy for process optimization.
- Continuously review, refine, and update project plans.
- Independently create business process models, user stories, use cases, and interface specifications as guidelines for the development team.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a similar role (Business Analyst / Business Engineer).
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- In-depth understanding of business processes and their optimization.
- Very good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of German at least at the B1/B2 level.
