Als Business Analyst (all genders) analysierst du die Prozesse unserer Kunden, deckst Ineffizienzen auf und entwickelst datengetriebene Handlungsempfehlungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und Technologie. Neben der Prozessanalyse arbeitest du intensiv mit Prozess- und Unternehmensdaten und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Dashboards, KPI-basierten Steuerungsmodellen und Business Cases. Deine Rolle im Überblick: 70 % Process Intelligence & Business Analyse, 20 % technische Arbeit mit Celonis & KPI-Systemen, 10 % Kundenentwicklung.

About the Position

As a Business Analyst specializing in Celonis Process Mining, you will analyze customer processes, uncover inefficiencies, and develop data-driven recommendations at the intersection of business and technology. In addition to process analysis, you will work extensively with process and company data, supporting the development of dashboards, KPI-based control models, and business cases. Your role at a glance: 70% Process Intelligence & Business Analysis, 20% technical work with Celonis & KPI systems, 10% customer development.

What You Will Do

• You will analyze and model business processes based on event logs, conduct Process Discovery Workshops, and gather requirements in stakeholder interviews. This creates the content basis for data-driven process optimizations.
• You will create Process Mining Dashboards and KPI monitoring in Celonis, analyze process data, and identify optimization potentials through targeted root-cause analyses-up to the development of concrete recommendations for process improvement.
• You will support Celonis Action Flows, Automations, and Value Assessments and Business Cases-thus contributing to making the measurable added value of Process Intelligence initiatives visible.
• You will work closely with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and business areas-and have the opportunity to develop professionally towards Lead Consultant, Value Architect, or Team Lead.

Requirements

• Personal Background: You have a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Insurance, or similar, and have already gained (several years of) professional experience.
• Process Mining: You have experience with Celonis EMS, Signavio, ARIS, or other Process Mining tools-ideally supplemented by SQL skills and PQL (Process Query Language).
• Analysis & Processes: You have several years of experience in business analysis, process consulting, process mining, or data analysis and understand end-to-end business processes in their full complexity.
• Data & KPIs: You have experience working with data models and KPI-based analyses, approach problems in a structured and analytical manner, and are able to present complex issues in an understandable way.
• AI Understanding: You have experience in the productive use of modern AI tools to support your daily work.
• On the Road: You are willing to travel and flexible to advise our customers on-site nationwide.
• Let's Talk: You communicate fluently in German and English-great, then you will feel right at home at Exxeta.
• Nice to Have: Experience with reporting and dashboard solutions as well as domain knowledge in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, or Insurance is a plus. A Celonis certification (Business Analyst or Process Mining Analyst) as well as knowledge in Lean Management or Operational Excellence rounds off your profile.
