  • 3+ years hands-on experience in Securities Services / Custody transformation, collateral management, securities finance, GCF, agency lending, lending against custody assets, or similar business domains.
  • Exposure to Broadridge SFCM / CMS, collateral platforms, securities finance systems, custody platforms, reconciliation platforms, limit / collateral systems, or market / static data integrations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the collateral lifecycle: onboarding, position import, eligibility, haircut / margin rules, valuation, exposure calculation, LTV thresholds, breach alerts, margin calls, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Working knowledge of relevant data flows and messaging such as SWIFT MT535, trade / position feeds, APIs, pricing feeds, master / static data, and downstream reporting extracts.
  • Proven ability to create BRDs, FSDs, process maps, operating models, data mapping, interface specifications, user stories, UAT test packs, and requirement traceability matrices.
