About the Position

Business Analyst DAB Trading Platform (all genders)

Personal Investors, a trusted digital partner for responsible saving and investing under the BNP Paribas umbrella, is seeking a Business Analyst for the DAB Trading Platform in Nürnberg or München. This role is part of the Project & Transformation Management team.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyze complex problems and risks, proposing solutions in collaboration with product development teams
• Specify requirements for internal and external stakeholders for the DAB Trading system landscape
• Develop implementation plans and define acceptance criteria for increments/features
• Align requirements and analyses with the strategy of the Tribes and overall Personal Investors
• Create and evaluate preliminary studies and analyses

Requirements

• Completed degree and extensive professional experience in (agile) product development or comparable qualifications
• Knowledge of the business and collaboration model of independent asset managers with a custodian bank
• Good understanding of digital trends and tools, and extensive knowledge in securities trading
• Strong skills in requirements engineering and visualization of requirements in image, text, and diagrams
• Ability to break down complex structures and requirements and present them in a target-group-appropriate manner
• Team player with excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and situations in both German and English

Nice to Have

• Knowledge in IT development processes and general IT architecture
