Business Analyst Finance H/F

Devoteam Creative Tech is looking for a passionate Business Analyst Finance H/F to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is excited about designing solutions and supporting teams.

Responsibilities

Project Management: Conduct opportunity studies, write framing notes, and manage projects from start to finish.
Conception & Strategy: Translate business needs into functional specifications and requirement documents.
Coordination & Monitoring: Facilitate meetings, verify deliverables, and oversee testing and acceptance phases.
Support: Serve as the primary contact for user support.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or university in finance. 🎓
Experience: More than 5 years of experience in Risk or Regulatory projects. 💼
Expertise: Excellent knowledge in Market Finance, with proficiency in project methodology and SQL. 💻
Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and synthesis abilities, and good writing skills. ✍️
Languages: Fluent in English required. 🗣️
AI Interest: Familiar with AI challenges and tools (generative AI, automation...), you demonstrate an exploratory spirit and wish to participate in digital transformation driven by technology.

The Market Finance Tribe brings together 120 passionate Business Analysts and Project Managers, sharing technological expertise and product culture. Our mission is to design, implement, and deploy high-performance and innovative digital products to support financial institutions in the realization of complex projects.

Our expertise is based on 3 major axes:

🚀 Investment Banking and Asset Management: Core Business processes in front, middle, and back office;

🚀 Risk Management: Modeling and analysis of market, counterparty, and structural risk indicators;

🚀 Regulatory Compliance: Creation of prudential reports for risk and finance departments and for regulators.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process at Devoteam includes 2 to 3 interviews:

Talent Acquisition Interview: The goal is to review your skills, your level of English, and validate your motivation.
Tech & Business Interview: This interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs during an exchange with a business expert.
Leadership Interview: It allows us to assess your potential, your ambitions, and consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prefer at least one interview in person. A reference check is requested, and depending on your profile, you may be sent tests (technical, English, personality...).

If your application is selected, we send you a proposal presenting the employment conditions. If accepted, the employment contract is formalized.
