About the Position
A company specializing in the development of a platform for commodity trading with a focus on safety and dispute resolution is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a background in trading/blockchain and excellent communication skills to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and conduct expert analysis from traders
- Create documentation, BPMN/UML models for developers
- Write user stories and prototype new features
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that all features meet business requirements
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis
- Experience in trading/blockchain
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (both verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
