Business Analyst for Tribe Statutory and Regulatory Reporting - Lending Services and Trade Finance Services

We are seeking a Business Analyst for Tribe Statutory and Regulatory Reporting to join our team in Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyze complex Finance business issues which exceed Squads and/or Tribe, for the purpose of bringing complete solutions for the requested change.
• Deliver excellent substantiated analysis using the latest state-of-the-art techniques and tools which lead to functional designs that cover all change deliverables.
• Focus on process design and the translation to IT.
• Take care of the coordination of the content between specialists from the different domains.
• Ensure that all requirements of all relevant stakeholders are acknowledged in the analyses and the different solution designs.
• Support Tribes and squads to take decisions by presenting the different (functional and solution) design alternatives and their impact in a clear way.
• Guarantee that the business requirements and non-functional requirements are translated to the IT Solution requirements.
• Cooperate with (IT)-architects and –specialists to arrive at a suitable IT solution.

Requirements

• Education at Bachelor/Master level in (business) administration or comparable.
• Knowledge of and experience with Business Analysis.
• Integral, cross-domain knowledge and experience.
• Strong communicator; able to present your analyses in a clear manner.
• Working knowledge and practical experience with Agile and Lean.
• Knowledge and experience in business and IT in e.g., the area of process management, financial services.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Expert with strong analytical skills, using state-of-the-art methods and techniques.
• Actively keep up your professional knowledge and translate external trends into applicable knowledge.
• Like to work in a multidisciplinary squad.
• Take responsibility to get the work done.
• Continuously improve the way you are working and strive to work as a high-performing team.
• Organizational sensitivity to judge and weigh the importance of the requirements of stakeholders.
• Actively ask for help and feedback and dare to give feedback.
