Dare to Have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst;
• Experience in requirements gathering;
• Experience in SQL and data analysis tools;
• Experience in projects in the banking, financial, or insurance sector;
• Experience working with tools like Jira and Confluence;
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory);
• Availability for a hybrid regime in Lisbon or Porto (50% office / 50% remote).

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of business needs and processes
• Gather and document requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
• Develop and maintain SQL queries for data analysis
• Support Agile project management practices
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in French and English

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Analysis

• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
• Experience in the banking, financial, or insurance sector
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
