About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst – GTN & Trade Promotion Planning to join our team and drive AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
- Reverse-engineer existing business logic (VBA macros, Excel formula chains, GTN waterfall rules) into documented functional specifications for spec-driven development.
- Run working sessions with Business Planning (BP) teams and KAM power users to validate business rules, including promo mechanics, days-cover norms, and MPL structures.
- Own the Feature Parity Matrix to ensure no legacy features are dropped.
- Lead UAT coordination, design test scenarios using real business data, and gather sign-off from business champions.
Requirements
- Data Modeling (Capable)
- Stakeholder Management
- VBA Macros
- Strong requirements elicitation and functional specification writing
- Experience reverse-engineering legacy Excel/VBA logic into documented specifications
- GTN (Gross-to-Net) / Trade Promotion Planning or S&OP domain knowledge
- UAT scenario design and stakeholder sign-off management
- Data modelling basics (entities, relationships, hierarchies)

- Generative AI Fundamentals (Capable)
- BI Reports (Strong)
- Exposure to GenAI-assisted documentation and code-parsing tools
- SQL for data validation
- Power BI / Excel Pivot modelling knowledge
- RGM experience
