About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 3-4 years of experience in IT to join our multicultural team, working remotely or on-site in various locations.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements elicitation and approval with key business stakeholders, consulting them on opportunities and risks;
  • Requirements documentation in a format of specifications, mockups, user stories, use cases, etc.;
  • Presentation of the requirements to the team (back-end, front-end, QAs), their clarification of incomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change as a result of discussion with the team;
  • Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of responsibility. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and threats for new requirements;
  • Sharing of knowledge and information with other departments of the company for the expansion and usage of advanced approaches and technologies.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT;
  • Experience in describing requirements using different formats (BRD/V&S, User Stories, Use Cases etc.);
  • Experience in modelling/visualizing of requirements (Mockups, BPMN, UML etc.);
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions;
  • Ability to think on different levels of abstractions or perspectives (business/architecture/user/tech etc.);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and the development team;
  • Flexible and open-minded attitude, willing to learn and enhance skill set;
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding solutions;
  • English (B1+)
