About the Position
Congratulations! We are the ToDo.
We specialize in implementing ERP systems for business automation and develop our own IT products.
Currently, the ToDo team is actively developing AI and web solutions and is looking for a Business Analyst to help research business needs, formulate requirements, and support the development of products and client projects from idea to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and analysis of business needs of clients and stakeholders;
- Participate in pre-sale stages together with the development team;
- Collect, analyze, and decompose requirements;
- Create User Stories, Use Cases, and maintain a backlog;
- Create BPMN, UML, and User Flow diagrams;
- Write and maintain project documentation;
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and designers at all stages of development;
- Assist in designing UX flows together with the design team.
Requirements
- Business Analyst experience from 1.5-2 years;
- Ability to formulate and describe requirements (User Stories, BPMN diagrams);
- Understand the SDLC and product development cycle;
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and quickly structure data;
- Analytical thinking and focus on problem solving;
- Experience of interaction with stakeholders and development team.
Nice to Have
- English level B1+;
- Experience with BAS;
- Experience with AI projects.
