About the Position

We are looking for a proactive professional to join our consulting team that strives to deliver turn-key business solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, which is a leading low-code/no-code IT platform in the world. You will work together with our internal team (PMs, Consultants, Technical Architects, Developers, etc.) to execute customer projects from initial demand to the live product. It’s an enterprise-scale project with an opportunity to work with customers across multiple countries and departments.

Responsibilities

Lead the workshops and use business analysis techniques to gather business/IT requirements and prepare process documentations
Transforms business/IT requirements to User stories & Use-cases
Consult customers on possible solutions on Microsoft Power Platform. Prepare proof-of-concept with the technical team
Manage Product backlog & suggest product roadmap to BPO
During the project, work closely with Process Owners, SMEs, and the technical team to deliver the solution
Demonstrate completed user stories by the end of the sprint
Define detailed specifications (functional designs) for the technical team
Execute user story and process acceptance testing
Help ensure smooth go-live by the end of the project

Requirements

Higher technical or economic education
English - Upper-intermediate or higher. All communications are in English
3+ years of experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst, or Developer in IT Projects
Experience in enterprise business process automation or business application development projects is a must
Excellent communication skills – listen to, present & convey ideas clearly to the customer and technical team
Moderate technical background – understanding of database design principles, basics of OOP, Web APIs. Knowledge of programming languages – will be a plus

Nice to Have

Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform or other similar Microsoft Business Applications
