Business Analyst

About the Position

Join.To.IT is seeking a Business Analyst who thinks like a product consultant, actively uses AI tools in daily work, and strives to create real business value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs of clients and transform them into understandable requirements for the team.
• Conduct Product Discovery, Benchmark Research, and Business Research.
• Analyze competitors, market, and successful digital solutions (Benchmark Research).
• Formulate functional requirements, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and other project documentation.
• Work with UX/UI Designer to create clickable prototypes for testing product hypotheses.
• Use modern AI tools for research, analysis, documentation preparation, and acceleration of the Discovery process.
• Participate in presales, evaluation of new projects, and preparation of proposals for clients.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA during the implementation of functionality.
• Verify implemented functionality for compliance with business requirements.
• Initiate improvements to existing client products and propose new ideas that create business value.
• Participate in the development of internal processes and the Research Team's knowledge base.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst.
• English language proficiency - Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
• Experience in conducting the Discovery phase and gathering business requirements.
• Practical experience in competitive analysis (Benchmarking).
• Ability to analyze business processes and propose solutions, not just document requirements.
• Experience in writing User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience working with Figma.
• Confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable, or similar) in daily work.
• Desire to continuously learn new AI solutions and integrate them into the business analysis, product research, and prototyping process.
• Understanding of the principles of creating clickable prototypes and willingness to work with UX/UI Designer on their development.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Independence, proactivity, and responsibility for the result.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an outsourcing company.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Experience in creating Customer Journey Map, User Flow, Product Vision.
• Experience using AI tools for generating interactive prototypes (Lovable, Bolt, v0, Figma AI, Galileo AI, or similar).
• Experience in participating in presales and preparing commercial proposals.
• Understanding of modern AI-first approaches to Product Discovery and quick verification of product hypotheses.
