Within our project squads, you will be fully involved in all phases of our projects for major clients in the banking sector, thus contributing to their success. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical and functional skills in depth, while working on demanding and exciting projects for major clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate functional scoping workshops, advise and guide clients to identify and translate needs.
• Provide technical and functional responses to user needs.
• Ensure activity reporting, lead meetings (workshops, COPROJ, COPIL...), and monitor KPIs.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with various external stakeholders (business, UX designer, support, architecture, development, publisher, IT..)
• Conduct impact analysis, feasibility and opportunity studies, MVP, estimation, and draft deliverables (scoping, specifications, functional requirements..)
• Write "User Stories", manage and maintain the backlog, contribute to agile ceremonies.
• Define the acceptance strategy, identify and validate test cases (scenarios, test scripts, campaign management..), support approvers.
• Manage feedback: business evolution requests and anomalies reported during testing.
• Follow release management up to production and ensure configuration.
• Provide business and technical support to users.
• Participate in change management (documentation, training, procedures for business support).

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the leasing business (movable and real estate leasing) and banking accounting. Also, you have a good understanding of banking products, especially around: Financial instruments, Credit, Savings, Payment methods, Cash Management, Regulatory compliance: ALM, MIFID, IFRS, FATCA, CRS, GDPR, Prudential risks and reporting (Basel 4, SOX..).
• Proficiency in SQL and Office Pack.
• Good listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills.
• Recognized ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Education level: Bac + 5 or equivalent (Engineering School or Computer Science School...), with at least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager MOA/AMOA/PPO/Product Owner and a desire to evolve quickly in a motivating context.
